Notwithstanding the information provided in the Brochures, Fittings and Finishes Schedules and in the Houses General Specifications, the Vendor discloses, and the Purchaser accepts that all items, appliances, materials and specifications are subject to change, and if unavailable, the Vendor will endeavour to replace them with the same or similar quality. The Purchaser acknowledges that the images are representations of the designer’s view, and no reliance shall be made on the images included in the Brochures, Fittings and Finishes Schedules or in the Houses General Specifications.

The Vendor’s marketing brochures and other materials, the Plans and draft subdivision plans showing the concept of the Development, the Plans and Specifications attached and any entitlement assessments advised to the Purchaser have all been prepared prior to the commencement of construction of the Development. While every reasonable effort has been made to ensure the information and calculations set out in those materials correctly illustrate the Development and the property, they can only be for guidance, and no responsibility will be taken for any differences, errors or omissions that may become apparent upon completion of the property and the Development, and after "as built" plans, specifications and calculations are finalised.
